Growing up, as a child on a farm, Steve Marler developed a great love and appreciation for the outdoors. Hunting and fishing have always been a part of his life. He found himself experiencing nature in a way that he wished he could share with other people. As the saying goes, "a picture's worth a thousand words", so Steve picked up a camera and started documenting his wonder for nature. His photographs are intended to inspire viewers to go out and create their own appreciation for nature. Steve is a self-taught photographer with no formal training, but he has developed his skills over the last five years. Steve would like to thank his family for their encouragement and support, and special thanks to his son, Travis, who contributed to Steve's understanding of the technology of today's equipment.
